What Customizations do you offer for your Crewnecks?
We currently offer Chenille and Sequin Applications. They can be customized for your team Name, Colors, or Logo. We have several different options for Font that we can share with you if you are interested.

How do I care for my Chenille and Sequin Patch sweatshirts?
Wash inside out on Delicate Cycle and Air Dry.
Can I order products in bulk?

How do I return my item(s)?
Custom and team-partnered items are final sale. Eligible standard collegiate items may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if there's an issue with my item(s)?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@poshplays.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help.

What is your Shipping and Processing time?
All orders have a 1–2 business day processing period before shipping. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Saturday will not be processed or shipped until Monday, as shipping carriers do not operate on Sundays.
